Every time I see an article or comment going "Trump can't do that! The Constitution will protect us!" I just think of that scene in Game of Thrones where Ned tries to depose Cersei by revealing a signed statement from the king declaring him the ruler of the realm, and she just takes it and casually rips it up in front of everyone before arresting him.

"Is this your plan? A piece of paper?"

He controls all 3 branches of government. So what if he goes against the constitution? Just who the hell do you think is going to stop him?

This would be a good thing if it was applied equally. "News" should be strictly defined and held to a higher standard. It should be purely factual with no inherit bias one way or another. Of course this isn't going to be the case here and it will be weilded with a specific political bias in mind, but one could dream.
