Somewhat crazy given that the Frisco IKEA is 35 minutes away. And I’m going to guess that people getting homes that far away from Dallas aren’t necessarily first-time homebuyers, which seems to be the target demographic for ikea.

I recently learned that even a lot of middle-high end interior designers will buy IKEA products (particularly their customizable built ins), and then modify/paint them for a more bespoke look. So possible that they will have clients there as well.
