I'm done with the weak-waffle sounds of pro-choice.

I'm Pro-Abortion. I wouldn't force anyone to have an abortion, but if you want one I'll drive.

No. I'm sorry. This is about choice. It has always been about choice and it will always be about choice and we should not avoid that fact.

No one should be forced to have their body used for someone else's benefit unless they choose to. It's that simple. We even make that true about corpses. You have the choice of whether or not your body parts are used for the benefit of others after you die.

Rename prolife to anti-choice. Or anti-women. Or anti-bodily-autonomy. Or anti-freedom.

It's called pro-choice because the true underlying thing trying to be denied by "pro-life" is women's right to choose what they do with their own body. We need to keep the term "pro-choice" but change "pro-life" to "anti-woman."

Pro-abortion would imply that by banning abortions, you are not banning woman being able to make their own choices in life, which is one of the main arguments for it in the first place.

Reproductive rights don't need rebranding. Whenever it is directly and independently put to the voters, it has absolutely astounding success.

The main issues are that politicians do not represent the people, and they are a package deal.

I want a choice in whether or not I want a kid. Abortion is just a tool to make it possible.

It is astounding how phrasing the same thing differently affects the perception of people.

No matter how you call it, the underlying principle is not forcing a person to give birth if they don't want to. Simple as that.

Also, pro-abortion is the wrong term anyway, since it implies that everyone should make abortions (similarly to how pro-life advocates for everyone to give birth). This is closer to the line of antinatalists.

Pro-choice is exactly about giving everyone a choice: if you want to give birth, hooray! If you don't, that's alright too!
