Why is it so difficult to find a good source for this information? I can find half a dozen research papers but no real good centralized source for these things.

So far, this document from 1983 is the only source that I've found:

There's no possible way that we've made advancements in fuel additives that would change the density and viscosity of these fuels....right? No possible way. /s

It'd be awesome if someone has a better source to share.

Found exactly what I needed:

Handbook of Aviation Fuels (2004) - Contains Viscosity, Density, True Vapor Pressures for all currently used fuel types. I'm floored that this THE ONLY PLACE that I was able to find these charts at.
