Just as much? Who wrote this? More. Orders of magnitude more.

It's ambiguously phrased, but I think they mean that the internet and the shooter hate the ceo the same amount

I haven't seen any hate on the shoot. Disagreement in the execution, but agreement with the sentiment.

There is a false equivalence in the title... The internet hates one of them a bit less

[–] [email protected] 8 points 4 days ago

Ya, I have not seen this equivalence at all.

One is likely responsible for tens of thousands of deaths and the the other, only one.

I read it as „just as mutch as the shooter hates the ceo“

Violence is an answer. Peaceful options only work if the threat of violence is at the end of the list as a contingency.

Peaceful options haven't been working.

Violence has been the answer for a long time now, it's just that advocating for it is against the TOS of every social media platform. Don't let the ruling class fool you into taking comfort in a perceived sense of moral superiority.

Counter point, violence is usually the answer to violence.

Violence is always an answer to violence. I find it "amusing" when systematic bureaucratic and capitalistic violence on the common folk is bushed under the carpet to not be seen as violence. It is violence and when the common folk have no other recourse we too will respond with violence. As to not have violence made upon us.
