Having bought three Rad Power bikes, I can't recommend them. The battery on my Rad Runner 2 died a little over a year later and the warranty only covers a year. Their customer service is hot garbage because they take a week to answer back. Supposedly their $500 replacement batteries also come without a warranty.

I've been repeating this concern for a while.
If these companies want to be serious about the vehicles they manufactur, then they have to give them more reasonable warranties.
