Just line up the chains (assuming from a chainsaw?) in a row on the table, cover the cylinder in adhesive, then roll it onto the lined up chains. You could be so much faster!
I'm assuming that 'cylinder' is a live explosive. I think they don't want to accidentally puncture the shell.
I want Ukraine to be victorious, but I'd also like to be oblivious about such vile shit.
