Five minutes? I'm surprised support agencies and advocates for the vulnerable or those with accessibility needs haven't jumped all over that.

I'm surprised someone hasn't accidentally left a boulder or a skip across the car park entrance to fuck Excel Parking off.

Years ago I watched an episode of Joe Lycett protesting against a similar car park scam in the uk, I think it was at a McDonald's. That the same scams are still happening today must mean that they are an intended feature of uk society and that politicians are happy to just let these scams go on.

Ahh yes, charge someone 30x the daily rate for the "abuse" or dropping off/picking people up. Sounds fair. 🙄
