@[email protected] shared a link to this great site earlier and I've been watching random videos on it, and this came up.

It's of no importance, just curiosity about both what the machine is, and will anyone on here recognise it (could be pretty generic for its field, my guess might be medical/imaging? or could be something unique, I have no idea!)

If you look at the other videos on YouTube account you will see that this is part of an “Osteo Pro”, a medical device for measuring bone density in your feet.

Based on other videos on the channel it seems to be a small Bone Densitometer(With the casing off).

So the cables on the top and bottom, as well as the shape of the thing that the wires plug into suggest some sort of force sensitive resistor. So whatever this thing is doing, it's measuring how much force whatever is in between those 2 rubber domes is producing. Or like -- how hard the sample is.
