Just casually looking at the facts, it seems that indigenous population collapse is the part of the policy goals here second only to the extraction of surplus value of of labour.
These "leaders" really do think they can fix declining demographics with in migration. Time will tell. But having a child is ticket into poverty for a large % of population and people are voting with their genitals lol
