I don’t see the Jets coaching staff getting through some combination of The Chiefs,Bills, and Bengals to get to the Super Bowl.

This asshole would NEVER do this with the Packers. Year after year he bitched about roster decisions, not keeping his boys around, not signing big name free agents... And then year after year he'd sign extensions making him the highest paid player in the league, making doing those things difficult or impossible. The cognitive dissonance was strong. And now he immediately does this for his new team. Neat, I guess.
