I'm considering picking up a fixed blade, and usually don't wear a belt, so I'm looking for low-profile clips that would work along the waistband or pocket. From what I can see, UltiClip seems to be the highest-regarded in most areas, but I can't bring myself to wear Christian iconography, and the cross logo seems to be laser-cut out of the product so I don't think I could just Sharpie over it or something.

I usually don't like any visible logos on anything I wear, but I especially don't like religious ones. Maybe my reason for looking for an alternative is petty, but it's my reason. Was hoping to see what people's thoughts on other brands are!

Quickclip makes similar stuff, and niteize makes an adhesive based clip.

Barring that, you can fill in etching like that and resurface. It's a pain in the ass, but imprinted stuff like that rusts a good bit, so people have had to do it. Quick and dirty version, you throw down some jb weld, sand it smooth, then paint with a decent enamel.

Man, that's such a clever solution that seems so obvious in hindsight lol. I might actually consider doing something like that, since UltiClips still seem to be pretty much exactly what I'm looking for, if not for the logo.

Yeah, they are really reliable. I used to have one on a small fixed blade, and it lasted better than the knife.

I've used the Nite-Ize Eclipse on several small sheaths and other odds and ends and it seems to work just fine. You probably don't even need to order one from the internet to start messing with it. My local Lowes seems to stock them in store.

It does have an "NI" logo molded into it, but it is both fairly discreet and also a bass relief, i.e. it's raised from the surface rather than embossed. So if it really bothered you, you could just sand it off.

Or you could declare that it actually identifies you as a member of the Knights Who Say...
