Is this a new paid DLC or just a big update? I assumed the latter but the name "Repentance+" sounds like a new expansion.
It's a free update, but it's listed as its own free DLC on Steam which is weird. I guess since it still has issues, they wanted it to be opt-in.

No mods online? That sucks big, there's several mods I really don't want to do without.
I may have missed it somewhere, but did they say when the update would come out on console?
