I can strongly recommend this game. It's has similarities to SimTower / Project Highrise, but with its own spin with a more detailed employee management system, custom item placing (this is is big in terms of gameplay impact) and casino-specific building elements. There is lot's of stuff to focus own beyond the casino elements. Nice visual style as well.
While the current stable EA release is solid, the developer has been working on massive upgrade which should be released in the coming month. If you're on the fence, I would suggest waiting for the next big update. That being said, the current version is also a lot of fun.
