Iโ€™m just looking for a place where I can post random things and generally have conversations if that makes sense?

I mean sure there are niche communities for specific things but I guess Iโ€™m just asking because I wonder if there is a cool spot that Iโ€™m unaware of.

Maybe not your generic "discussions", but at c/askscience we can discuss interesting (and more or less absurd) scientific questions and hypotheticals, if you're into that kind of thing ;)
