Ah, you just need a minor tweak to the hardware. Install a power outlet connected to the incoming power. Then get that old laptop you're keeping in the basement "because I might want to mess with it, I dunno" and place it on your IBM 7094 and install Windows server on it.
If you want to install 2025 but hit the does not reach minimum requirements issue, try installing server 2019 and use KB5044284 to upgrade to 2025.
You will have to redo your licence because that doesn't get brought forward.
