Is cyclone doable viable leaguestart? (self.pathofexile)

I always played meta builds (rf, skelle mages, seismic etc). cyclone and melee in general seems to “advanced” to me. So my questions are: is it a viable league start build? And if so can you please link a guide. Thanks.

As always, it depends on what you mean by viable. I don't think it's good as a damaging skill from a league start/SSF point of view. I'd definitely recommend against leveling with it.

I did it quite some time ago in some flashback event so things changed since then, but I don't think they did much to the advantage of cyclone.
