I'm starting to remember why I stopped doing this.
Because now I have twenty days of nothing to do. But hey -- Trombone Master comes out for the Quest in two weeks time, so that'll be fun.
A community for National Novel Writing Month.
Fancy having a go at writing a novel in a month? Or just enjoy pointless literary endeavours?
Well this is a place for you.
Start on the 1st of November, and let it rip.
Rules :-
Be nice to each other, and try to keep it safe for work. And if you can't keep it safe for work, tag it as such :)
Also, if the community could be kept a politics free zone, that would be nice.

So Day 1 went okay. I think it was mostly because I had written it in my head around 10, 20 times already.
And since it is two weekend days coming up, I think the next two days should be okay as well.
Day 2 went well as well. Another chapter finished. It was slightly harder because I hadn't tried writing it in my head as many times, and I was using more Wednesday characters than Potter (which is not my happy-place). But still -- if I keep up at this pace the 30 days should pass pretty well.
A third chapter complete.
But now we are returning to "school days" as opposed to the weekend, so there's a chance things might slow down a little.
However I am quite happy with the progress so far.
Chapter 5 and counting.
So, you know, nice.
Very bad night tonight (the 6th)
But it involved taking 3 hours to make a 45 minute journey home. So -- you know -- there's that :)
Somehow I seem to have veered off into writing smut, which is not usually something I do.
I've also dragged a whole other fandom into the story. Which is something i do quite a lot.
But hey -- it's the weekend again so I expect my word count to bump up a little.
