This is a space for those brave enough to take on the 100-day challenge designed to push your body, mind, and discipline to the limit.

Murder Hornet 100: To be done every single day. If you miss a step or a day, start over to day 1.

• 100 reps of leg presses or squats

• 100 reps of bicep exercises

• 100 reps of tricep exercises

• 100 push-ups/dips (Participant's choice)

• At least 1 mile run/row/bike (Participant's choice)

Follow your own strict food plan

• No cheat meals

First morning after 100 rep squats is no joke. I know first week of something like this is always hardest. But oy! Feel like I got hit by a train.

And today is middle-school and elementary P.E. So that should be fun.

Also, I was challenged by the coach to a pull-up competition that all the kids will be watching today during P.E.

Not looking forward to that at all. Got my mile run in this morning tho! :)
