I'm guessing a few weeks. Basic commenting (and post browsing) worked a week ago, but there's a lot of stuff to be done. Boost probably wasn't written with vastly different APIs in mind, so it's not a super simple change. Many things, especially the error handling, have to be rewritten.
Are you trying to tell me he can't just ask chatGPT to change the code to work with Lemmy and have it done in 2 minutes?!

I'm happy to wait until Dev is ready to test or release. He made a phenomenal app for Reddit and I'm just glad he's decided to make it for Lemmy.
I'm ready, too. Connect is decent, but I miss my Boost. ๐ธ
