Very sad and that's a strange sentence
Sounds weird but it's a common way of phrasing things in the emergency world. Probably one of the more polite phrases I've heard.
Yeah, "he died from falling damage" is what my brain went to and it's probably not quite kosher.
"He suffered the same fate as my character in Minecraft Hardcore"
