CRT displays hanging from massive brackets really date a show.

You'd think so, but they kept the CRTs for an oddly long time. I think they were still using them well into the 2000s. I guess a lot of the SGC budget goes into turning the lights on.

He still does! He is very active and will respond to questions often.

I kind of hope he finds this community as well, but I suspect his limited time online will be focused on his blog and Reddit posts. He is currently going through a backlog of recovered production footage found on tape.

This is a collage of on set photos after the set dressing team have gotten the space ready. Photos are referred to when a scene is being set up to mitigate continuity errors between set ups (e.g. if the set is being used over a number of days or if a finished scene needs to be reset for pick up shots).
