Thank you. I am in the process of revising my diet and whilst probably won’t be going full vegan or even vegetarian, I do want to significantly cut down on meat and eat better.
Give full vegan a try, it's not as hard as you imagine.

We're quite truly designed to run. We can run for our whole lives, into our 90s.
