An online space for the vegans of Lemmy.
Rules and miscellaneous:
- We take for granted that if you engage in this community, you understand that veganism is about the animals. You either are vegan for the animals, or you are not (this is not to say that discussions about climate/environment/health are not allowed, of course)
- No omni/carnist apologists. This is not a place where to ask to be hand-holded into veganims. Omnis coddling/backpatting is not tolerated, nor are /r/DebateAVegan-like threads
- Use content warnings and NSFW tags for triggering content

As a non-vegan I am interested in how he fuels his body to be able to compete at this level.
I love your curiosity! You can start here: https://www.pcrm.org/good-nutrition/nutrition-for-athletes or this: https://runningonrealfood.com/nutrition-tips-for-vegan-athletes/
Thank you. I am in the process of revising my diet and whilst probably won’t be going full vegan or even vegetarian, I do want to significantly cut down on meat and eat better.
Give full vegan a try, it's not as hard as you imagine.
Good for you! You're welcome to share your progress here or directly to me!
I'm gonna guess he eats plants
Like, all of them?
