It'll be bought in less than a month. The land is worth that much. Some developer will come in and snatch that up, demolish the building, and put a new house on it; spend $100k on the house, and sell it for $600k 3 months from now.
Or the storm will clear it for free.
Perhaps the fire that is actively burning inside might speed up the process.
