In the intro, there's a big shot of who I presume are all the villains of this new show.

The new artstyle has made some characters difficult to predict, but here's my guesses for now.

Episodes 1-4 have confirmed the name of some of these characters. There's still the question of the emo-cut white-haired man who fought with Livewire in the 1st episode, but given the orange-and-black + dual-swords guy in the intro, some have speculated that he might be Deathstroke (aka: Slade Wilson).
So here's my guesses at the new villains.

Darkseid, Cheshire, and Jinx kinda-sorta look like the other characters in the opening. But without episodes yet, its premature to have any certainty.

EDIT: I noticed I missed the power-suit guy in the center-left, and the tiny purple-glowing figure in the middle. The purple-figure looks vaguely Kryptonian to me, gonna guess Eradicator (Kryptonian android left on Clark's space-ship). Center-left guy is a power-suit and flight of some kind.

EDIT2: Oh right, the hair girl is Silver Banshee, she just uses the new tech to do things. And she counts as "Intergang". Intergang this time is composed of Myst, Rough House and Silver Banshee, which is very unusual.
Dr. Ivo + Parasite is a very unusual combination. Dr. Ivo is more commonly known for the Amazo android. Given that this new show is willing to do things so dramatically differently, these other villains could also be combination-villains (inspired by 2 or more characters, rather than singular characters).
