Alas I returned one of those top-rated Special Ed helmets because that visor is fixed in place and therefore practically useless at sunset. Very curious to see how the POC helmets rate when they get to them!

You might like the Bern Hudson - it has a brim more like a hat that can be flipped up.

They have quite a bit on their site about the testing process if you're curious. Seems to be quite thorough.
That's a good list, I've seen it before and FWIW they have ratings for other helmets as well.
