Can we please convert office buildings to high density housing and low density commercial now? Fuck.

Yes please. I'm more of a city/urban person and would love to live in a mixed zone area where everything I need is a short walk or train/bus ride away.

It's actually super important to have mixed use commercial/residential areas to prevent slums. Large residential only areas and/or buildings create slums unless the residents average wealth is very high.
