I cannot fathom why this restriction was ever there to begin with.
I hope Ukrainians will manage, but how IDK, but people tend to help each other more in such situations.
They were worried Ukraine would simply fire everything straight at the kremlin. Ukraine however has proven they are above that, are directing force at legitimate targets, showing huge constraint and being responsible all the while taking civilian losses on uneven terms. The world needs to wake the fuck up and grant permission.
