Shutting down hospitals in an already overstrained system.. that will surely help the citizenry of Springfield.

I'm wondering if the calls are not part of doppelganger... It is excellent at getting both sides riled up against eachother. Almost 0 effort and everyone mad.

There’s a difference between shutting down and going into lockdown. They’re securing the buildings not kicking everyone out

Usually this means all non critical care is stopped and people sent home. Regardless there will even be less throughput.
