Fortunately, most android file explorer, including most oem ones, have features to search for recent files.
...let's just hope the feature actually work, or that the file isn't in a folder with .nomedia

Unless configured to a different location.
/0 = home or internal storage.

Everytime I try to find where the damn video I downloaded from telegram is, so that I can delete it and free up some space.
