That's why it's so important to change how we vote, so we can have more then just the Democratic or Republican national convention. So people have a choice.

Still not convinced doing away with First-past-the-post voting is the way forward? Republicans are moving to protect FPTP voting in states they control.

Why would you want to use the voting system republicans prefer?

They have alternative voting systems in both Japan and Australia, doesn't make a bit of difference, still capitalist dictatorships. Australia is also still carrying out their eviction of its indigenous peoples under that system, just like the US.

Yeah, it won't fix everything but abolishing FPTP would be a tiny step towards meaningful democracy. That's why fascists love FPTP.
