Simple. Loot stuff. Some stuff has a better chance of dropping them than others. Garbage on the ground can drop them. Teir 5+2 chests can drop them. Just loot. Then loot some more. Some variables can alter the chance to drop, but still you'll just to loot loot loot and find them. The end. Saved you a click.
