The cardboard tube only goes partially through the hole so the majority of the toilet paper is wrapped around nothing

The winders web alignment was way off probably after a roll change!
As long as it's not rub ya raw paper it should still work if you can get it on the roller.
It works doesn’t turn as nice but does the job
