Hollywood has no imagination and is adverse to taking risks for the most part. Films are made by focus groups
The director in the article keeps saying it's "an indie film, not like a studio film at all", but it's being released by a major studio, with a major Hollywood star, and even getting a fucking IMax release lol this all already sounds like a bad joke
Easily one of my favorite movies of all time. i had hope, even a small glimmer, that I'd get a new robust and beautiful movie with modern techniques. Bleh
