he may have an agreement with blackrock and jpm regarding investments and reconstruction, but president zelensky has not 'sold out', and did not 'ban' elections. he enacted martial law in response to russia's aggression and invasion. ukraine's parliament concurred and has repeatedly extended it since. holding elections now, under those conditions, is literally against their constitution. a large majority of their people agree that elections during wartime is not appropriate. the only ones, it seems, that wants elections in ukraine are some far-right american republicans.
