A "Showerthought" is a simple term used to describe the thoughts that pop into your head while you're doing everyday things like taking a shower, driving, or just daydreaming. A showerthought should offer a unique perspective on an ordinary part of life.

EDIT: Holy shit! I don't care that nobody thinks anything about Britney or Descendants but...

Let's not forget what the US government did to its soldiers in MK ultra. It's a real damn thing, follow the Wikipedia link in the comments below.

The CIA had a program called MK Ultra during the cold war where they did exactly that. They did unspeakably cruel acts to people.

Lots of torture and, for some reason, lots of LSD was involved.
