Mobile banking is currently unavailable. We are aware that, due to a high volume of users, clients are unable to login to their mobile banking app.

We apologize sincerely for this inconvenience and we are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We encourage customers to login using Scotia Online or scotiabank.com on their mobile device to access their account.

Unfortunately if you have the app, the website uses it as a MFA. I'm sure that's not causing issues or stressing people out at all!
