I'm not sure if this is the best, or the worst meal prep ever

Terrible meal. Acquired taste for a snack

As a new beekeeper, why? Do you just enjoy chewing on it?

People like it. They put thin slices of it on toast. They put it on charcuterie boards. Each container sells for $30.

Thank, I had no idea.

Do you just harvest this with a hot knife? And do your frames have no foundation, in order to be able to keep it that pretty when you harvest?"

Yes, no foundation frames.

As a not beekeeper, but someone who likes honeycomb, it's chewy and sweet and my autistic brain loves that but hate bubblegum.

Someone gave us a section super - it's filled with square boxes instead of flat frames. The bees did not like it. It took two summers to fill. But it was nice having big square chunks of comb. I'm a fan, I like chewing on a bit of wax.
