i used to think that my lemmy.world downvotes were something; but watching your posts and seeing double digit downvotes makes me feel like an amateur in comparison.

why post on an instance that already can't stomach leftist opinions very well?

I would rather post where people can be exposed to diverse ideas than where they might already agree with me.

I do not want to be in an echo chamber as well.

I have my own bias, like all people do, but some people that reply help me realign my views while being civil.
