Unfortunately today i was only able to complete just the warm before the rain started and i couldn't move to the kitchen.

If you wish to continue, today we were going to do 1.5 minutes rounds with 30 sec rest: 1 min cardio and 30 sec core.

I'll be back on monday night as usual

hmm following up from thursday comment, i think it is actually lemmy which can't create the preview of the video anymore..

as it is working everywhere else..

i hope they will fix it
