I'm sure our opponents on the global stage will patiently wait for 2033, and won't take advantage of the fact that we're underprepared. I mean, it's not like they're monsters that bomb children's hospitals or anything.
I would very much like to see the blue print on this one. 2% is not a hard number to hit so I hope there is a real plan to reach our commitments with allies. I saw another article that was about a new arctic base purchase so the plan likely includes that which is great to see because Canada will be in a bitch of a position if we don't get our shit together asap.
