No, not for every meal or exclusively. Just having some beans every day. Here were some of the benefits I found in the article.

My girlfriend made cowboy beans to camp this past weekend. Now I'm hooked. They definitely do curb hunger!

Similar. No peppers. Add liquid smoke, brown sugar, and navy beans.

Beans are real good for you! I know you said you're not eating exclusively beans and not for every meal but here's an Aussie who did do that for 40ish days just to see if he could, worth a watch imo.

To be clear, it's not me that ate beans every day for a week. It's the author of the post I linked to.
