Ministerstwo Obrony Litwy ogłosiło plan wycofania z konwencji z Oslo, która zakazuje posiadania i korzystania z amunicji kasetowej. Inicjatywę poparł już prezydent Gitanas Nausėda, a także rząd Litwy.
