Is all of that going in the ice cream or will they be toppings?

Each type gets chopped up and mixed into the ice cream at about 20% by volume.

The mysterious brown lumps are Crunchetyi milk chocolate almond crunch clusters. Milk chocolate, toasted almonds, and puffed rice.
