Hello, I am someone who like studying things and due to moving upcoming I visited many of the nicest places. So for any teenager who’s starting off and maybe wants inspiration towards a place to live or adult that may be somewhere less that can afford these and or a family looking for something cheaper even.

Here are the best living options in Indiana

220 Meridian St: 1.8 in total for cheapest studio

Alder 2Bed 1.35 total rent

220 is an amazing studio! Comes with enough room if any emergency case you need to downsize and or set as a final goal. It’s in the middle of Indianapolis. Tallest Swimming pool in Indiana, perfect temperature achieved durning tour, lockers similar to Amazon lockers, a move in tunnel and elevator, a party/hang out area with a wine cooler, specific valet key access, car garage, movie room with Netflix and a few other services already bought, and more.

Alder wood, absolutely amazing house for a small family! I think this is specifically for only 1K, 2A, or 1 singular. It’s a 2 bed 1 bath. That is absolutely beautiful. It comes with fiber optic wifi and the kitchen and all the sinks are built to be used for chefs and are industrial grade. Most of the utilities are only 65. A covered deck.

220 for me I calculated just about 2.8-2.9k to comfortably live there

Alder wood: 2.02k to comfortably live there

^ (total financial cost)

There’s places that cost more than both but so far have not seen something quite as nice.

To contact 220: Text 317-779-2485, Her name is Sydney. Super nice works there, can get you hooked up on all the things you’d need.

To contact Alder: Call 317-610-0649, Her name is Mari. She’s also super nice.

Edit to add Alder for me can be afforded on a 16-17$ per hour basis and 220 can be afforded by 23-24 per hour.

Also for others seeing this by no means am I saying this is the cheapest but the best priced for what your getting I went to for example the coil which yes it was really nice but for one didn’t have anywhere near to the amount of things 220 had and their one bedroom almost the same size as 220 studios. Though if your looking for cheap. Checkout the town Hartford city, Thorntown , or small towns around Evansville.

I have a hard time believing that the cheapest place to live in the state is in Indy.

Ohhh no it’s not the cheapest at all but it’s the best for the price. Like Alder is basically exactly middle priced but equal to the highest priced housing. While 220 is the best high price place.

Gotcha. I understand now. Although I would argue that it's only the best if you live in Indy rather than, say, Evansville. But it's still helpful, so thank you!

I found a few other places that cheapest two. One is near Evansville and is 350$ 3b while the other side near Hartford City, 450ish 2b

Should add on to this, No this is not a sponsor and I’m not getting paid for this. I just generally loved these.
