I'm at the final fight for skyline and it's the most garbage fucking cheap ass brain dead unfair piece of shit fight in the entire game. I'm in hellkat armor, and I still die in like 2 minutes from a few tiny hits from this piece of shit and I'm over it. For other players, how the fuck are you supposed to beat this shit?

I play, but I haven't finished the new quest lines yet. I'd recommend asking on one of the discords about it and maybe checking to see if your build is optimized for the fight.

The Fallout Network

Nukes & Dragons <--- excellent for build advice.

Edit: Just did the fight. I died 4-5 times but got it done in the end. He seems to regen to full health a few times, not sure why. After I managed to get all the adds down and take him down to a sliver of health, he stayed down. I'd recommend the scaly skin mutation and, if you're not using energy weapons, the grounded mutation. Stacking energy resist will almost certainly help.

My build was fine; it turns out I did "kill" him (according to the game logic), but the game failed to register him as "dead" in the quest itself. I was suffering from a bug where he didn't die. He revived 15+ times on me before I rage quit. Came back, and it actually continued the quest as if I had just beaten him and was presented with the option to kill him, spare him, or help him.
