Can be anything, a hobby, stuff you make, trying on clothes, nature, doesn't matter.

But something non political that you have a very strong passion for. Something you throughly enjoy.

Tabletop RPGs. It allows me to work on creativity and problem solving skills. I can also practice improvisation when I’m running the games.
