I've not given it any thought. I've kinda just been waiting to see what happens a little bit. /r/Iceland seems general unfazed about this whole thing.

Ah yes the Icelandic way, getting trampled over and then acting like nothing happened.
The Iceland subreddit isn't super large, so it isn't that surprising that it basically ignores the Reddit drama. There might be enough of a presence on Mastodon etc to bring some people to this community, though. https://lodfill.is like I mentioned before would be a good place to start, of course...
