Every single "ethic" or "morality" that Republicans have "fought" for, is immediately thrown out the window if there's a party vote.

Hint: It's always a party vote.

I wish I were surprised, but there have been multiple other instances were one of the justices should have recuse themselves from a certain court case, and didn't. Why would he, there is no over sight, we can all sneer all we want at them, and they have no obligation to do anything but exactly what they want in their life time appointment.

Funny how it was structured as life time appointments to keep judges impartial, since they would last longer then any presidential administration. But instead we have biased, corrupt justices like Clarence for life instead with no recourse.
